Scrap Processing
All incoming scrap is sorted and then processed to obtain shredded melting scrap before it is used at the furnace. All valuable metals and goods are separated. Explosive or any other hazardous item is suitably disposed.
Induction Furnaces
Fitted with Side Hood and highly effective APCD (Air Pollution Control Device, baghouse) to efficiently control emissions and gases. State-of-the-art Spectrometer helps monitor chemical composition. Contact for info on various sizes of moulds available.
Continuous Casting Machine & Strip Rolling
Molten steel is continuously casted at the CCM providing steel that is impervious to liquids and gases. Billets are further hot-rolled into strips of required size and close tolerances at our integrated rolling mill.
Testing Facilities
Our Laboratory is fitted with latest machinery for comprehensive physical and chemical testing. We perform various tests such as Ultrasonic Testing, Brinell Hardness Test, Charpy Impact Test, Tensile Test, and Corrosion Resistance Test
